Cecconi's at The Store is a modern day classic Italian restaurant open to the public for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, and for brunch on weekends. Cecconi's serves hand-made pasta, seafood and dishes from Italy. The restaurant, our first Cecconi's in Germany, is next to The Store on the ground floor of the Soho House building. It has an open-plan kitchen, wood oven, marble floor, red leather booth seating and an outside terrace for the summer months.

Privilege
The truffle pizza is delicious!
Friendly staff, nice service and good food but bit overpriced.
The Location is great. The Service really good. The good tastes good! ... But They did not have 4 dishes from the Menu!
MoreVery nice ambience, high rooms and open space design. Service only spoke English and was friendly (even if many people judge it differently, they were really nice to us). Food very good. Prices slightly increased, but commensurate with the quality. The only drawback, no contact details were recorded.
MoreThe food was very good but the staff was just terrible! I probably wouldn't go back because the staff was so incredibly rude. Another big minus point is the fact that nobody had any knowledge of German! Therefore unfortunately only 2 **
MoreReservation went great! The receptionist was unfortunately very aloof and unfriendly! She made us wait 15-20 minutes until we could place the drink order with her colleague, because she was busy rolling cutlery. After ordering the drinks, she made it clear to her colleague that she was busy on the phone. Then came a very nice waitress who had done a good job. Likewise the waiter, great! Only the receptionist absolutely did not go! When we said goodbye, she cleared our table and didn't even say goodbye! The food was delicious, but way too overpriced for the portion! If the overall service had been good, we might have been happy to pay the price, but unfortunately that was a disappointment! Sorry, never again!
MoreIn 2017 we celebrated our wedding in Soho politbüro and were very satisfied with the service, location, and food, making our guests and us content. Having this memory in our minds, we decided to teleport ourselves to those good old days by celebrating our anniversary at Cecconi restaurant on the ground floor of Soho House. Unfortunately, we were not given a chance even to reserve a table because a hostess met us with a phrase, "what do you want?" I noticed her disdain right from her first sight, and I can only guess why. Maybe it was because I was not dressed fancy (was wearing a sweatpant), or my face, by her perception, is not enough appealing (I am Asian) to be treated with dignity. With her further actions, she made it clear that my husband and I do not belong to that place. When I greeted her in German, she remarked that Soho is a British company and serves customers only in English. She also added that she is not going to greet us back because she already did in English. I told her that my husband speaks basic English and would feel comfortable to be consulted on the menu options in german; she refused to serve us at all and asked us to move aside because other more deserving English-speaking customers were waiting in a queue. We were frustrated and decided to leave. From this experience, we made the following conclusions regarding this hostess (who is from Spain, she has short highlighted hair): 1). she deliberately excludes people who, in her opinion, do not belong to their 'community' based on her snobbiest preconcieved perceptions 2). she thinks that the origin of the company gives her a right to exclude german-speaking customers On the whole, we have not given up on this restaurant. We will be pleased if the managing staff decides to rethink the internal policies regarding language and service and retrain personnel to be tolerant and welcoming to everyone regardless of class, race, ethnicity, and language differences.
MoreTasty. Miss the Eggplant Parmigiana. The profiteroles are a dream.
The food was good, but unfortunately the service wasn't. A little more attention from the staff would be desirable.
MoreTruffle Pizza EUR26. Tasted good, but we paid more than average Pizza price in Berlin, so no surprise. Friendly waitresses but spoke only in English even if we have talked them in German. Maybe good for a first date. At least EUR70 per person.
MoreVery very delicious 😍
One of my favourite Italians in town. The Stone oven pizza is just delicious and the al dente pasta is cooked just right. Great wine list, very friendly service and lovely atmosphere.
MoreEverything was perfect! The food is delicious, the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is exactly what you want for a relaxed night out.
MoreOverpriced and a tiny map. The ambience is pretty, no question about it! The quality of the dishes is good too! However, the prices for pizza (!) And pasta (!) Are so overpriced, that just doesn't make sense. Berlin has soooo many fine or hip and really good pizzerias to offer, I find it almost € 16 upwards compared to other restaurants almost brazen. Service was a bit inattentive, everything took a long time, although not much was going on. Well, once and not again. Three stars for ambience, drinks and average dishes.
MoreThe food is solid, good, tasty but nothing special or extraordinary. Service was very good. Unfortunately, we waited a long time for the food, which would not be a problem in the evening because you usually bring a lot of time with you, but at lunchtime (during the lunch break) you usually don't have that much time.
MoreGreat atmosphere and delicious food
Wonderful food! Limited lunch menu but good mix of food. We had pasta which is great. Pizza looks good as well. Not five star only because the service is poorer than expected. Not crowded and they seem not to care how we enjoy food, just take order and deliver. Attentive, yes but couldn't feel warmth. White asparagus soup was great but too much of pepper for me to taste. Shame.
MoreThis place took our breathe away. Recently visited while in Berlin for dinner. They didn't have any tables as we were walk in's but it was perfect as we got a seat at the counter in front of their open kitchen and saw the whole show of it all. Wine was STUNNING, and we ordered Cacio e pepe, the fritto misto the true star was the Lobster pasta which was so incredible that I have no words. This place is a MUST in Berlin for amazing pasta, wine, service and ambience!
MoreThe food is excellent but the seating comfort and lack of space in general is a minus point for me but I think you can like that too.
MoreThe quality of food has gone down so much in this place. The portions are getting smaller and the prices don't live up to expectations.. As Berlin becomes a more "global" city, soho house in general will have to step their game up.
MoreRecommended restaurant. Everything is delicious. Truffle spaghetti, lobster spaghetti, fillet steak, great pizza, fun atmosphere. Equal!
MoreMenu is great, everything is so delicious but especially beef cheeks is heavenly. Staff is also so kind. Definitely recommended.
MoreWe didn't like the service. The MA was very rude. Because we didn't want to drink wine, he was angry. I just can't understand it. The noodles were fine The pizza was okay.
MoreUpscale restaurant in a prime location, we have been regular customers for a long time and will always come back
MoreThe service and hospitality was great. I was a bit disappointed by the size of the portions and the light taste of the main course. The appetizers were fab. Left the place hungry though.
MoreQuality.
Food here is good. Compared to other Italian places I have eaten, I would give this place a 6/10. Staff is friendly and attentive. All food we ordered was yummy and the most memorable dish would be the carpaccio (appetizer) and the agnolotti black truffle dish. Only negative I would give is they need to add more portion size to the agnolotti because it is tasty.
MoreIncredible yummy and the perfect spot for a date night
Black truffle agnolotti was very tasty. Service was similarly attentive.
Nice atmosphere. Nice clientele. More beautiful than good.
I was excited to try out the Cecconi's chain however when I came to the Berlin restaurant, my pasta came 45 minutes after ordering which I felt was unacceptable. The staff however are quite friendly. I felt the quality of the food was a 5/10 and this is judged on the basis of my appetiser and my main course.
MoreAppalling rush to get us out by 9. We sat down at 7.15 and were told repeatedly that we had to go by 9. Which we did. My impression was of a place (it's attached to Soho House Berlin) that wants to cycle customers through very very fast to get a high throughout of people. Also, the cacio e pepe was largely pepper free and when the waiter asked for feedback I gave it, politely. He seemed not at all interested.
MoreBelow average service and the worst interpretation of a pizza margarita ever.
Thanks for perfect dinner
Hit or miss with meals and service
Quite disappointing. Service is super. Nice place but not recommended for pasta dishes. Badly seasoned, quite generic and haute cuisine portions without serving refined dishes.
MoreSuper sad place. Superficial wait staff, rather high prices for not exactly exciting fare, all sprinkled with a bit of truffle. Glad that people on that summer hunt for the „real Berlin“ end up here.
MoreVegetarian food was blunt and messy.
Loved it great food.
Amazing lobster with noodles
Really good Italien food in a nice atmosphere!
Excellent food. I liked all dishes we ordered. The drinks are also very good. The staff is professional and very attentive.
MoreAwesome food
Went for a brunch, we were offered water upon arrival, this costed 8 Eur. Avocado on the sandwich was not ripe enough and yolk was actually not runny at all. Glass of bitter small orange juice was 5 Eur. The only positive thing was the olive oil which came with the bread. That was really tasty. Next time I would skip this place.
MoreOne of Berlins best italian restaurants combined with cool people
Nice decor and tasty food, but not very accomodating to food allergies. Also: The sugar cubes were wrapped individually. How ridiculous is that?
MoreWe went for lunch and everything was perfect: friendly staff, good food.
Unfortunately very unpleasant experience with service who acts unprofessional and actually even rude to the customers. The food is not good enough to put up with the incompetence of the staff.
MoreThe pizza with chanterelles, taleggio and truffles was very good, though the truffles seemed a bit gimmicky, the kind of thing one throws onto food at ritzy places like this. Not sure the pizza was worth 24 bucks.
MoreReally good place to have a proper meal and drinks
